Brazil Inhame is a small family farm owned by Marco Aurelio, and has 28 hectares of coffee trees located near to the town of Campos Altos, which is in the state of Minas Gerais. From these 28 hectares the farm produces 30 tonnes of speciality grade coffee every year.
Marco’s son is an agronomist, and there is a strong environmental focus that concentrates on preservation of local water sources and indigeonous fauna and floral. Harvesting is done using a combination of mechanical and manual picking.
After the popularity of our previous Brazilian coffee, we have selected this coffee, due to the environmental awareness shown, coupled with the classic Brazilian coffee flavours which is sweet and nutty. It also has a low acidity, which makes it perfect with both dairy, and non-dairy milk.
